Why doesn't my customer email contain a link?

When customers experience this issue it is usually because the placeholder code has been removed from the email body. You can fix this on your Settings tab.

In the "Email Body" field add this code on its own line under your customer message: [%files%]. This code is what provides the link to your download page. If it is missing, your customers will not receive a link in their email.
